Eurest is your complete workplace food and catering partner. We can take care of everything from your tea room to the boardroom, as well as create customised workplace eateries you can call your own. We’re also very experienced at looking after the food and beverage needs of corporate offices, distribution centres, and manufacturing facilities.
THE POSITION
- An all year round operation - overseeing 10 locations statewide looking after School camps, Corporate Functions and Events.
- Firmly making your mark on the business; building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives.
- Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes.
- Stay ahead of culinary trends and introduce new ideas and concepts that enhance the client’s experience.
- People Management: Inspire your team with timely feedback and foster a high-performance culture that drives the account forward.
- Lead a high performing team across service excellence.
THE PERSON
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an account or relationship management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Outgoing, creative and a bold thinker with an eye for details and strong organisational skills.
- Hospitality and service is engrained in your DNA with experience in creating and delivering high profile events
- Love creating memorable experiences through food
- A real passionate foodie with a flair for innovation and presentation
- Qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
- Sound commercial knowledge and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
- Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive, and motivated, with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
