Project Support Officer Role
As a Project Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of complex projects. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and compliance with project standards and timelines.
* Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and registers.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project progress.
* Provide administrative assistance to project managers, including meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and correspondence management.
* Monitor project risks and issues, assisting in the implementation of mitigation strategies.
This is a full-time, permanent position based primarily in Canberra. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and experience working in a similar role.
