You will work across a range of settings and client groups, tailoring your approach to meet diverse needs.Key Responsibilities IncludeDelivering therapy services and vocational interventions using work-focused CBTConducting individual and group sessions to improve mental wellbeing, motivation, and employabilityRunning on-site clinics and training sessions for employment services staffFacilitating group programs designed to simulate work environments and establish daily routinesLiaising with local service providers, health professionals, and key stakeholders to support positive outcomesManaging your own calendar to meet client and service delivery expectationsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring both clinical skill and a commitment to making a meaningful impact.
