The Position
Supervise catering operations on remote site
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company procedures
Manage and lead a team of utility staff to deliver high-quality service
Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen administration
Maintain accurate records and reporting using computer systems
The Person
Previous experience as a Catering Supervisor or similar leadership role
Robust knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
Competent in computer systems and reporting tools
Must hold National Police Clearance and valid driver's licence
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
