What You'll Be Doing:
Processing daily sales paperwork and account details
Keeping our CRM system up to date
Preparing reports and branch statistics
Answering customer calls and making sure messages get to the right people
Coordinating promotional materials for the sales team
Providing general admin support to keep everything running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
You don't need years of experience – just the right attitude and a willingness to learn
Great communication skills (written and verbal)
A calm and positive approach when things get busy
Able to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment
Eager to ask questions, learn new things, and grow
Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry
