* At least 2 years of leadership experience in the Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry.
* Demonstrable leadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
* A valid driver's license and proficiency in using computer software applications.
