About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivatedElectronic Security Technicianto join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role responsible for theinstallation, commissioning, and servicingof electronic security systems — includingAccess Control, CCTV, Alarms, Nurse Call Systems, andCloud Communications.
For the right candidate, there is a pathway to grow into aTechnical Lead / Managerrole, including responsibilities such asteam scheduling, quoting, and project coordination,provided the skillset is demonstrated and as the business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and service security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Alarms)
Assist with Nurse Call and Cloud Communications deployments (training provided)
Perform fault-finding and provide technical support
Liaise with clients, project managers, and suppliers
Complete documentation and ensure compliance
Travel regionally as needed (accommodation and allowances provided)
Opportunity to step into quoting, scheduling, and project roles as capacity and demand grow
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in electronic security or related field
Confident working independently on end-to-end installations
Solid understanding of IP networking and structured cabling
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Motivated to contribute to a growing team and take on more responsibility over time

Security Licence (NSW and/or VIC)
Open Cabling Registration Licence
White Card (Construction Induction)
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Police Check
Working With Children Check
Nationally Coordianted Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
