WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Deliver personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy services focused on building client independence and community participation
* Lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team on complex care plans
* Use advanced technology and modern therapy methods to support client outcomes
* Complete clinical documentation, assessments, and reports with professionalism and care
* Mentor junior clinicians and offer supervision as part of a supportive team culture
* Drive service development initiatives and contribute to the clinic's continued growth
* Support new client acquisition and help shape the future of therapy services in the region
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with tertiary qualifications
* Experience supporting people with disability or complex physical needs
* A strengths-based, client-focused approach to therapy
* Demonstrated ability to create and implement personalised treatment plans
* Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
* A collaborative mindset and passion for mentoring others
* Neuro-rehabilitation experience is highly regarded but not essential
