Enrolled Nurse – Southern Suburbs (Community Role)

About the Role
You'll be providing care to clients in their homes across the Southern Suburbs, working independently while remaining well-supported by our team.
What Your Day Might Look Like
* Medication administration, wound management, clinical assessments and personal care.
* Building real connections with the people you care for.
* Supporting health needs with confidence, knowledge, and empathy.
What We're Looking For
* Confident, independent, and clinically capable.
* Excellent communicators, both written and verbal.
* Comfortable working in community.
You'll Need
* A current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
* Diploma of Nursing qualification.
* At least 1 year of nursing experience.
* Unrestricted South Australian Driver's License.
* Working with Children and NDIS clearances.
* Valid manual handling, first aid, and CPR certificates.
* Proof of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations.
