Job Description:
The Aquatic Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and operating the centre's Swim schools programs.
This position is accountable for managing the financial performance of the program, ensuring it achieves its goals and targets outlined in the annual business plan.
The successful candidate will lead the Swim Teachers to deliver aquatic education to school groups to the highest standard possible.
This is a full-time position requiring passion for swimming and student progression. The ideal candidate should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing, and fun, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* AUSTSWIM Certificate (Teaching of water swimming and water safety or equivalent)
* Previous Swim School or Leisure Supervisor Experience
* Previous experience leading a large casual workforce towards business outcomes
* Demonstrated business and/or marketing experience
* Previous experience leading/reporting/monitoring financial outcomes
* National Police Check
* Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
* Level 2 First Aid and current CPR
* Legally entitled to work in Australia
