HRIS Manager – Greenfield Implementation
Borg Group is seeking an experienced and forward‐thinking HRIS Manager to lead the design, selection, and implementation of a new enterprise HR system. This is a unique opportunity to build an HRIS capability from the ground up, shaping how HR technology enables our people strategy.
Location: The role is based full‐time onsite at our Head Office in Somersby (5 days per week).
Scope: Lead a greenfield implementation, partnering with stakeholders to evaluate and select a platform such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, and drive end‐to‐end delivery. Build and lead a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) to support implementation and ongoing system optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end‐to‐end selection and implementation of a new HRIS platform, including vendor evaluation.
* Design and establish the HRIS framework, governance model, and system architecture aligned to business needs.
* Act as the project manager for implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
* Build, lead, and develop a cross‐functional team of SMEs to support deployment and ongoing system management.
* Drive change management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring adoption across all levels of the organisation.
* Oversee post‐implementation optimisation, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
