This dynamic position involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and care. As a Barista, you will engage with guests, provide excellent customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere. You will also maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, stay knowledgeable about our menu and various coffee blends, and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages with consistency and care.
* Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
* Stay knowledgeable about our menu and various coffee blends.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
Requirements
* A true love for creating magical moments with your coffee/drink creations.
* Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment.
* A current QLD RSA Certificate.
* Availability across a 7-day roster, including early morning shifts for breakfast service.
* An engaging, confident, and guest-centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences.
* Ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
