As part of a small and agile team, you will work collaboratively to deliver outstanding service and create memorable experiences for members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and saying goodbye to all members and guests
* Ensuring secure club access for members and non-members
* Providing prompt answers to questions and addressing member complaints efficiently
* Selling memberships and completing membership agreements in a timely manner
* Effectively operating the Point-of-Sale system and collecting balances from members
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Able to follow directions accurately and effectively
* Punctual, organized, and self-motivated
* Maintaining an upbeat and motivating attitude at all times
