Culinary Expert Roles
We are seeking dedicated and passionate culinary experts to join our kitchen teams on a full-time basis.
* As a Culinary Expert, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and supporting the overall operation of the kitchen.
* You will contribute to menu design, development, and seasonal updates with creative input.
* Produce consistent, high-quality dishes in terms of taste, portioning, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Culinary Experts: Work alongside the Head Chef, ensure high-quality food production and presentation, contribute to menu design, and adhere to food safety regulations.
* Kitchen Staff: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes, ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the highest standards, and maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements:
* Culinary Experts: Diploma or equivalent in commercial cookery or related fields, minimum 1 year of experience in a similar culinary role, strong culinary skills, and ability to work under pressure.
* Kitchen Staff: At least 2 years of post-qualification work experience, ability to follow recipes, understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, and excellent organisational and time-management skills.
