Key Responsibilities
Operate mill production machinery safely and efficiently
Operate forklifts (counterbalance) to move material and finished goods
Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Valid forklift licence with counterbalance experience
Strong attention to detail, safety and quality standards
Good communication and team collaboration skills
Basic mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting abilities
