Legal assistant - property (brisbane)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced full‐time Legal Assistant primarily supporting our Property Group who have a heavy practice in property development. The team is well organised, with established processes, procedures and checklists to ensure the high‐quality of all work undertaken.

Responsibilities

• Opening/closing files
• Correspondence / compiling mail
• Management of calendars
• Able to prioritise workflow
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Sound communication skills
• Eye for detail and ability to edit carefully
• Excellent organisational skills
• General office and secretarial skills

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience as a Legal Assistant/Secretary
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to prioritise a large workload with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and ability to demonstrate initiative
