The Role
We're looking for a Master Data Administrator to maintain and optimise our network/master file database.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain Master File management processes, policies, and reporting, including KPIs
* Perform SOX/Certus control tests and reviews
* Assist with defining, developing, implementing, and managing JDE master files
* Create and maintain system configuration documentation, business processes, and training materials
* Identify areas for process and system improvement and implement effective solutions
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in Master Data management within JDE, Oracle, or another large-scale ERP system
* Experience developing processes, policies, and training materials to support consistent business system use
* Ability to analyse processes and systems to recommend improvements
* Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across teams
* Experience in heavy construction or mining industries is highly desirable
* Safety-conscious with an excellent work ethic and positive attitude
