What you'll do :
You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay, creating lifetime memories.
We have a casual position available, with shifts rostered between the opening hours of, 8am - 7pm.
Some weekend and public holiday availability will be required.
On a daily basis you will :
Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out
Answer phone and email enquires promptly and professionally
Communicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are met
What you'll bring :

A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
Problem solving skills including the ability to apply ina workplace context
