The role includes:
* Developing and managing broker relationships
* Managing commercial cash flow lending transactions from lead to settlement.
* Structuring lending solutions and managing deals end-to-end
* All transactions secured by taking first ranking charge over the business.
* Engaging with clients to understand their financial position and lending requirements.
* Structuring loan proposals and preparing deal rationale for credit submission.
* Acting as the primary point of contact once clients are qualified and screened.
* Qualifying prospects using an established screening process.
* Proactively following up leads to progress applications.
* Arranging and presenting lending proposals and valuations.
* Proven commercial/business lending experience (cash flow lending essential)
* Proven experience in business lending.
* Strong financial literacy and commercial acumen.
* Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good understanding of key target verticals, with experience in cash-flow lending.
* Able to work within a small team.
