The Nyamal Rangers Program is a key initiative that aims to support and empower Nyamal women in participating in on-country activities.

This role involves coordinating and managing the on-ground activities of the program, which includes:

* Leading the development and implementation of the Female Ranger Program
* Coordinating trip planning, logistics, and on-ground coordination
* Mentoring the Ranger team and integrating cultural knowledge into land management practices

Working closely with Nyamal Rangers, Elders, community members, and stakeholders to ensure the preservation and strengthening of Nyamal Country is essential for this role.

As a member of the team, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and experience in:

* Land management and conservation
* Cultural heritage and traditional knowledge
* Community engagement and partnerships
