Collaboration Analyst – Full time, ongoing. Locations: Joondalup Campus and City Campus.Salary: $104,030 to $116,563 per annum (HEW 7).Open to candidates with relevant working rights.
About the Role
The Collaboration Analyst is responsible for the day‐to‐day operation of Audio Visual (AV) systems and Microsoft Teams telephony, diagnosing and problem‐solving issues, implementing AV systems, and managing 3rd‐party contractors across all campuses. The role also supports senior collaboration analysts and works independently when required.
Responsibilities
* Manage day‐to‐day ticketing and incident resolution for AV faults.
* Maintain the AV asset platform and CMDB.
* Act as escalation point for collaboration faults, ranging from AV faults in teaching spaces to Teams video‐conferencing faults.
* Provide remote support for Tier 1 IT staff.
* Carry out minor works and deployment projects for new equipment.
* Resolve Microsoft Teams telephony faults.
* Liaise with departments and 3rd‐party contractors.
* Collaborate with senior analysts to maintain a reliable AV platform across ECU teaching and meeting spaces.
Qualifications
* At least three years of hands‐on experience in a similar IT technical/customer service role.
* Strong understanding and experience with configuring, administering, and engineering Crestron/QSC product range and support tools.
* Good understanding of Q Sys Audio DSPs and ability to troubleshoot audio issues.
* Good understanding of configuring, administering, and engineering Microsoft Teams environments and devices.
* Knowledge of enterprise networking, including AV multicasting.
* Experience in audio‐visual implementation, engineering, support, or design, preferably in an education environment.
* Strong organisational, problem‐solving, and time‐management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork, customer, and contractor relations.
