Titan is changing the way people sell vehicles. Instead of the traditional dealership model, we operate a professional brokerage service, similar to a real estate agency for vehicles. Our brokers manage the entire sale process for clients, from valuation through to negotiation and final sale.
As our business continues to grow across multiple regions, we are now looking for someone who can become the front line of our company — the first voice our clients hear when they contact Titan.
This is a key role within the business and would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
About the Role
This position combines customer service, lead coordination, and office management. You will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, directing leads to the appropriate brokers, and helping keep the office running smoothly.
You will work closely with our brokers and management team and play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive a professional and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and provide a professional first point of contact for Titan clients
• Manage incoming vehicle enquiries and direct them to the appropriate broker or sales specialist
• Coordinate and distribute new leads across the team
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operations
• Support the sales team with client follow-ups where required
• Help ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
• Confident and professional on the phone
• Highly organised and able to multitask
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and online tools
• Friendly, reliable and detail oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Previous customer service or administration experience is preferred
Automotive knowledge is not essential, but a genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry would be highly regarded.
