What The Day Will Look Like
Assist insurance brokers with the administration and management of client portfolios
Prepare and process insurance quotes, policies, and renewals
Liaise with clients, insurers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and resolution of queries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases
Assist with claims processing and ensure timely follow-up
Comply with regulated processes and systems
Complete daily client administration tasks and updates in our online filing system
Identify process improvement opportunities to exceed service standards

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
Previous administration or client service experience
Strong skills using MS Outlook and familiarity with systems like Winbeat, Officetech, or CRM tools

Goal-driven with a passion for learning and adapting quickly to new systems
