Key Responsibilities
- Identify training requirements from the business and define and develop training programs to address these needs.
- The development and maintenance of training documentation, procedures and templates supporting the effective use of financials systems.
- The provision of timely advice in relation to training initiatives and process improvements.
- Identify, define and co-ordinate finance systems training needs of new starters.
- Timely and proactive liaison with the Systems Accounting Lead (GL & SCM) and the General Manager Financial Systems to achieve the goals set for each project.
- The accurate development and maintenance of Ci Anywhere as set by the Systems Accounting Lead (GL & SCM) and the General Manager Financial Systems.
- Supporting the business to achieve effective outcomes in regard to the Finance systems efficiencies and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with ARTC’s Safety Management System (SMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements, responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities.
- Able to manage and coordinate independent training, both online and face to face.
- Development of training tools & documentation.
- Co-ordination of the roll-out of training, including training videos, training packs which are supported by hand-outs, on-line and face-to-face training.
- The effective participation in process improvement forums in relation to special projects and training requirements.
- Co-ordination and administration of procedures including identifying gaps in procedure documentation. Develop and maintain relevant procedures and work instructions in conjunction with the team.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through critically appraising current processes, exploiting synergies across the business and pro-actively identifying opportunities consistent with business objectives.
- Provide quality assurance services through participation in the development of new and improved business processes and systems focusing on business improvement reviews.
- Support the team’s project management through testing, provision of training, scoping requirements or as otherwise defined.
- Ensure that injuries are properly reported, and that any injured employees are provided with both a safe and timely return to work.
What we want from you
- Proven knowledge and experience with Technology One product CiAnywhere.
- Proven experience in the development and maintenance of training programs to be rolled out to end users.
- Proven experience in undertaking training of end users in the use of financial systems.
- Proven knowledge in the understanding of applications development and configuration.
- Experience in a large commercial organization.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills; good interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- The ability to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Proven ability to apply sound organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise and schedule trainings, work independently and as part of a team.
