Executive Assistant

* 5 weeks annual leave and a monthly ADO

Join us as an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Finance Officer and Chief People Officer. The EA serves as a primary point of contact, liaison and coordinator for their executives, facilitating smooth workflows and communication across teams. This role requires judgement, organisation, discretion and well-developed administration skills. In this role, you will work closely with and be part of a supportive group of EAs to the executive.

Key responsibilities include:

* Preparing agendas, taking minutes and maintaining records
* Liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
* Providing efficient, proactive and confidential administrative support
* Managing the flow of information and work flows for the executives
* To be considered for this role you will bring:
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and be a proficient user of systems and software applications
* Skills in enhancing executive administration processes to improve efficiency
* Strong organisational skills, accountability and professionalism
* The ability to calmly manage competing priorities with confidence
