Your Opportunity
As an SAP Manufacturing & Quality Management Senior Consultant, you will support the delivery, configuration, and optimisation of SAP solutions for clients undergoing manufacturing and supply‑chain transformation.
This role provides a unique learning environment where you will receive hands‑on training, direct mentoring, and structured development to grow into a fully certified SAP Manufacturing Consultant. You will contribute to real project outcomes while building strong foundations in SAP processes, configuration, and solution delivery.
In your first 0–6 months, you will
Receive intensive in‑person training and knowledge transfer.Perform SAP configuration tasks under guidance.Manage transports and maintain accurate configuration documentation.Support testing cycles by analysing defects and assisting users.Prepare recorded demonstrations and training content.Escalate critical issues appropriately while supporting project continuity.
From 6 months to 2 years, you will
Complete SAP Manufacturing certification.Take ownership of solution components (e.g., plant‑level processes).Contribute to the delivery and support of the end‑to‑end SAP solution with growing independence.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will
Maintain project documentation and ensure configuration changes are clearly recorded.Perform system configuration with support and guidance from senior team members.Support testing cycles by triaging issues, validating defects, and assisting business users.Prepare and deliver training materials, including recorded demonstrations.Analyse business processes and manufacturing data to identify issues or improvement opportunities.Develop clear pseudo‑code to describe logic for enhancements, integrations, or standard behaviours.Collaborate closely with senior consultants, architects, and client stakeholders.Contribute to a positive team culture built on learning, quality, and continuous improvement.
Experience
We welcome applicants from diverse academic and professional backgrounds. To succeed in this role, your experience may include
Familiarity with SAP (either as a user, intern, coursework exposure, or project involvement).Understanding of basic manufacturing processes such as production planning, quality management, or materials management.Ability to think logically and write clear pseudo‑code to describe system behaviours or integration logic.Experience using common business tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and generative AI tools.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a learning‑focused environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Additional exposure or coursework related to ERP systems, data analysis, or manufacturing processes is beneficial.
