About the role
Reporting to our Customer Service Team Leader, you will be working as part of the customer service team to utilise your exceptional customer service, handle inbound customer calls, problem solve and support our commitment to providing customer experience.
Our Customer Service team works Monday to Friday and are rostered between 7.30am and 6.30pm.
About you
- Previous experience in a customer service position or similar
- Superior communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- A professional and positive approach to work and is reliable and accountable
- Ability to influence and collaborate with the team and beyond
