Role Overview
The Be Healthy Project Officer will be based in Derby. The Be Healthy Project Officer will responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating health programs aimed at promoting wellness within the community. This role requires a proactive individual who is enthusiastic about improving health outcomes and can work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving project success through effective communication, community engagement, and data analysis. You will be expected to develop program materials, coordinate events, and assess the impact of health interventions.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual who has a genuine passion for public health. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully managing projects and working within community settings.

* Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in health or community services.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse groups.
* Ability to analyse data and produce reports that inform decision-making.
* Current "C" Class Driver's Licence
* There will be a small amount of regional and interstate travel including off road and air travel in light aircraft.
* Occasional public events to attend to facilitate the position requirements (outside of office hours)

Compensation and Perks
The annual salary for this position is $79,806 pro rata, with additional benefits including:
* Accommodation Allowance of $7,800 per annum pro rata
* Annual Airfare of $1,683 (after 12 months of service)
* Relocation reimbursement of up to $5,000 (upon receipt submission)
* We also offer a Salary Sacrifice option of up to $30,000 per annum, providing flexibility in your financial planning.
