We're looking for a Sales Leadership Coach to upskill our managers and lift outbound revenue. This is a hands-on role where your coaching and leadership systems will directly impact revenue, conversion, and forecast accuracy.

In This Role, You Will

* Design and deliver a structured leadership classroom programme for Sales Managers and Team Leaders in a high-volume outbound environment.
* Install manager operating rhythms: daily huddles, floor management, power hours/blitzes, pipeline and forecast clinics, WBR/MBR.
* Coach leaders in the field (side-by-side and remote): huddles, call-review clinics, list/dialler governance, rhythm adherence and accountability.
* Build and document the leadership enablement toolkit – playbooks, scorecards, rubrics, cadence blueprints, talk-track libraries and micro-learning assets.
* Certify internal facilitators and hand over a train-the-trainer model, with clear sustainment plans and leadership KPIs.

You will be a strong fit if you:

* Have a track record of building sales leadership capability (coaching managers of sellers) in hybrid outbound/contact-centre environments.
* Are fluent in funnel maths, diallers and list strategy (e.g. NICE CXone, Genesys, Five9) and can govern for connectability, capacity and conversion.
* Can evidence measurable uplift in lead-to-sale conversion, revenue per hour, QA/compliance outcomes and performance spread.
* Bring your own leadership training materials and are able to grant an internal licence for ongoing use and adaptation.
* Are a credible facilitator and coach for experienced Sales Managers and Team Leaders, comfortable working closely with senior executives.

Highly regarded:
Experience in Australian regulated industries, data-driven lead scoring, or change leadership.

Qualifications:
Adult learning/TAE or coaching/facilitation credentials.
