The Role Toll People are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR licenced driver for our client based in Fyshwick, ACT. Applicants must hold a valid HR licence (minimum) and synchromesh / manual truck driving experience as well as a current forklift licence. This is a casual-ongoing position, Monday to Friday, 6am starts, 8-10 hour shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible to deliver cylinders of LPG across Canberra and surrounding regions. Pay rate: $45.63 (shift penalties may apply) Key Responsibilities Deliveries of LPG cylinders (various trucks or ute, as required) Loading vehicles for dispatch Yard duties (sorting cylinders and bottles, wash/clean vehicles) Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times Weekend shifts as requested by the site Skills and Experience A current HR licence (minimum) and synchromesh / manual driving experience Forklift licence (essential) LPG or other gas/liquid experience (preferred by not essential) Excellent communication skills Availability and commitment to work the duration of the assignment Pre-employment medical required before commencing work Ability to keep up with the physical demands of the job About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
