About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You'll work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and contribute to initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‐quality, timely customer service while maintaining a skilled and customer‐focused approach
- Communicate effectively across channels and assist with resolving enquiries and complaints
- Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social and events & more
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals
- Brief, create and coordinate engaging, on‐brand content (copy writing, asset design, short‐form video)
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce or a related field
- Experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
- Robust organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong social content creation skills (copywriting, static assets utilising Canva, short‐form video creation & creator briefing)
- Experience across paid and organic campaigns across TikTok and Meta platforms
- Exposure to analytics and website platforms such as Google Analytics and WordPress (desirable)
