About The Role
Join our dynamic GH Quality team in a varied administrative role that supports quality improvement across the organisation. This is a great opportunity to develop a strong understanding of healthcare quality systems while working closely with leaders. You’ll play a key role in tracking improvement projects, managing reporting, and coordinating day-to-day admin support for a collaborative and high-performing team.
* Support work plans and monitor delivery of milestones
* Track and report on quality, performance and improvement data
* Develop and maintain standardised reports and data systems
* Work closely with Assistant Directors across departments
* Provide general administration and coordination support
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and monitor quality data, KPIs, trends, audits
* Respond to reporting requests and produce analytics reports
* Develop metrics for planning and forecasting activities
* Provide secretariat support for meetings and projects
* Manage correspondence, travel bookings, and office tasks
* Support GH Quality team with day-to-day administration
Skills & Experience
* Experience in admin support for senior leaders or teams
* Strong Microsoft Office and database reporting skills
* Confidence in managing performance data and KPIs
* Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
* Experience with health info systems (e.g., VHIMS, RISKMAN)
