About the Role
* Assist customers with personal care, such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance.
* Provide social support, including transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, and medical appointments.
* Offer domestic assistance, like light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
* Support customers in the use of aids and personal equipment.
* Monitor the well-being of customers and report on their progress.
About You
* You have excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills.
* You are able to build rapport and maintain good working relationships.
* You are comfortable using technology for accessing rosters and recording customer notes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
* Current First Aid certificate/CPR.
* Current Australian Drivers License.
* A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
* A smartphone with internet access.
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (preferable).
