Remuneration: $75,032.00 - $103,820.00 per annum + Directors Allowance + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Responsibilities
* Lead a vibrant childcare centre within Liverpool Hospital, creating a safe and inclusive environment for children from birth to school age.
* Shape high-quality educational programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Build strong partnerships with families, staff, and healthcare professionals in a unique hospital-based setting.
* Oversee daily operations, staff development, and compliance with Commonwealth and State regulations.
* Contribute to a supportive team culture that values excellence, innovation, and community impact.
Qualifications & Experience
* Approved Early Childhood Teacher qualification (as per ACECQA requirements).
* Experience in leading or managing an early childhood service.
* Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Understanding of Commonwealth and State childcare regulations.
* Demonstrated skills in human resources, financial management, recruitment, staff performance, compliance management, rostering, and WHS.
* Ability to plan, implement, evaluate, and ensure quality inclusive educational program using technology.
