The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design and construct Snowy 2.0. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.
Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history. It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on‑demand energy and large‑scale storage for many generations to come. This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.
Purpose of the Role
To supervise all camp and site cleaning activities and personnel, as well as to coordinate and liaise with the relevant department representatives such as transport, maintenance & lifestyle for the smooth running of general services on site.
Qualifications
- Supervisor Training / Cert IV in Training & Assessment
- White Card
- C Class Driver’s License
Experience
- Minimum 3 year's experience in a similar role
- Experience in supervising staff, allocation of duties and rostering

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily duties of cleaning & laundry teams in the camps and on site to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner
- Liaising with other general services department supervisors to ensure a smooth running and integration of all General services Operations
- Coordinate work schedules and task assignments
- Participate in employee rostering, timesheets & performance management
- Assisting leading hands in ensuring orientations and/or scheduled training for or new personnel and as per performance
- Interpret and explain work procedures and policies to staff
- Perform daily audits/inspections in camp & sites
- Work with other supervisors to coordinate workplace activities with other departments, units or teams
- Review records and reports relevant to payroll, production and other workplace activities for monitoring employee activities and evaluating performance
- Maintain records, including inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, and maintenance documentation
- Prepare and manage reports, manuals, correspondence, and other documents using a database or word processing
