We are seeking a skilled and experienced Proactive Security Professional to join our team at a retail site in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.
As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients, customers, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service alongside professional security duties.
* Guard, patrol, monitor, and control access to the premises.
* Promptly respond to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance.
* Conduct risk assessments and address potential threats with professionalism.
* Manage access control and maintain situational awareness.
* Prepare detailed incident reports and data logs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic first aid and CPR skills.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
