Permanent Salary - $130k total package About the Role Our client is looking for a Junior Change and Adoption Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving the successful rollout and adoption of AI technologies across our operations, from project planning and site management to procurement and reporting. Working closely with project sponsors, technical teams, and frontline users, you’ll lead the change strategy, engagement planning, training, and support to ensure our workforce embraces the transformation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a change and adoption strategy tailored to AI implementation Identify key stakeholders, change impacts, and resistance risks Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans Champion user adoption by creating user-centric support tools and feedback loops Measure readiness and adoption success through clear metrics and reporting Work closely with business units to embed new ways of working This role will involve working across multiple sites across Melbourne. It is essential to have your own car.
