Job Description
* Closely collaborate with international HR teams to deliver effective HR processes and programmes locally.
* Build strong relationships with local business leaders and employees, providing expert advice on HR policies, people strategies, employee relations, and other HR-related matters.
* Develop and refine local HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and regulatory requirements.
* Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, performance management, rewards, employee relations, mobility, and exit management.
* Supervise office administration tasks such as asset control, managing access, overseeing expenditures, and comprehensive record-keeping.
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
* Brings at least 5 years of robust HR business partnering experience.
* Demonstrates strong familiarity with Australian employment laws and labour legislation.
* Operates independently within a fast-paced environment, adaptable to changing business needs, and proficient at engaging across organisational levels.
* Possesses excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently and respond proactively to shifting priorities.
* Prior experience in the real estate sector is viewed favourably.
What We Offer
* A competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $145,000.
