We are expanding our Victorian and Tasmanian Sales Team and looking for a dynamic Business Consultant.

The Role

As a Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable customer haircare experiences acrossVictoria and Tasmania.You will acquire and partner with new and existing customers to diversify product availability, sales and service standards. As a strategic partner to salons, you'll empower owners and their teams through in-depth product education and business-building strategies tailored to each client.

You will be exposed to deep product training and manage with full autonomy how you deliver commercial success across your region.

This role is based in metro Melbourne but will require travel around Victoria and Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and strengthen new business partnerships with salons across Victoria and Tasmania
* Enhance existing accounts with detailed inventory management strategies and visual merchandising displays
* Connect regularly with existing customers to provide strategic advice to grow sales
* Deliver education across product launches and salon services
* Enhance your region's performance through leveraging your social media and strategic trade marketing knowledge
