We’re seeking a compassionate and driven Clinical Care Manager to join our team in the beautiful Adelaide Hills — and we strongly encourage local residents to apply.
About the Role
This is your chance to work close to home while shaping high-quality care outcomes for older South Australians. As a key leader within our care team, you’ll champion clinical excellence, support a positive resident experience, and guide a dedicated team of nurses and carers. The role is supported by a Residential Services Manager and works alongside another Clinical Care Manager to deliver exceptional clinical and care outcomes for our residents at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical leadership and oversight of care delivery, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Lead, coach, and inspire a multi-disciplinary workforce to achieve best practice outcomes.
* Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and risk management strategies.
* Oversee clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation.
* Monitor and manage complex care needs, including wound care, medication management, infection control, and palliative care.
* Collaborate with residents, families, and external health professionals to ensure person-centred care.
* Support staff development through mentoring and education
About You

With outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, you will drive team performance, mentor staff, and implement strategies that deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

What you will bring
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
* Evidenced experience in a comparable clinical leadership role within an aged-care setting.
* Developed knowledge and application of the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and understanding of clinical governance, quality and risk management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
* Ability to work alongside our workforce to support, coach and lead to ensure we continuously deliver exemplar service to our residents.
* Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team culture.
