We are seeking an accomplished Business Analyst to join our team.
Our Business Analyst will be responsible for working closely with developers, project managers and technical leads to define the scope of projects, elicit requirements and manage upcoming work.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrable experience in working in Agile Delivery teams adopting agile tools
* Demonstrable experience of working as a BA, investigating, assimilating, and analysing different needs, constraints, and problems.
* Able to document the outcomes in simple, easy to understand language.
* Demonstrable experience in showcasing analytical skills including communication, stakeholder management, and organisation.
* Experience in process modelling and customer journey mapping and assisting user testing.
* Experience of working with both business and technical stakeholders to develop key operating procedures.
* Experience of working with various tools and technologies such as Confluence for documentation and JIRA for building tickets and user stories.
* Understanding of Service Maps and targeting operating models to align your outputs and outcomes with them
Qualifications
* 2+ years of practical experience as a Business Analyst
* Must have ticketing experience
* Technical experience welcomed but not essential
* Security clearance preferred or eligible to gain
