We are looking for an Optical Assistant/Receptionist to join our tight knit team. This is an opportunity for you to join a practice that values eye health and excellent customer service above all else. You'll be working alongside a dedicated and supportive team of optical dispensers and optometrists in a high-end busy practice.
You will be the first person our patients see when they arrive instore, so you'll need to have a welcoming, approachable manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills. It is essential that you have previous retail experience in a customer facing role.

Your role will include:
* Welcoming our customers into store
* Assisting patients with frame selection and providing product information
* Reception tasks- including taking payments, answering calls, booking appointments and preparing banking
* Work 9-5 Weekdays and 9-1 Saturdays
* You choose your hours, the only essential shift is 9-1 on Saturday
* Conducting preliminary testing prior to a patient's eye exam
