Role Description
This is a contract (up to 20 hours let week but flexible on commitment) and hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
As a business development and sales professional, you will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The business has a number of lead opportunities that it requires assistance in converting but you will be expected to attend events and assist in setting meetings, cresting a pipeline of priorities and progressing follow up engagement.
The role involves building strong client relationships, maintaining a pipeline of opportunities which is previously been managed by the managing principal who has limited time given a focus in delivering legal services and managing staff.
The firm has a huge opportunity for growth and seeks and experience sales or business development professional who has exceptional people skills and communication.
No experience in the Legal industry is required but a preference for some skills and awareness of professional services.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills for building client relationships
* Experience in lead generation and management
* Proficiency in delivering outstanding customer service to maintain client satisfaction
* Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving business goals and working collaboratively
* Previous experience in business development, sales,
or professional services is advantageous
