About the roleAs a Client Support Specialist at Balance Mobility, you will be the friendly voice and go-to point of contact for our valued clients in-store, on the phone and email. Based in our Tweed Heads South office, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our clients feel supported every step of the way. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career progression within our growing team.
What you'll be doing
Handling customer inquiries as they visit the store and on the phone and email
Providing accurate information and solutions to address customer needs
Escalating and resolving complex customer issues in a timely manner
Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
Working collaboratively with allied health professionals and the client's Home Care and NDIS providers to provide holistic wellness solutions to enhance their client's independence
Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Continuously learning about our large variety of mobility products and services to provide the best solutions
What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a retail environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry
A genuine interest in the mobility equipment industry and a desire to help people
