Customer Care Consultant
We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service in our Trade Store. This is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday only.
You will be the face of our business, serving customers face-to-face, stocking shelves adequately, tracking customer orders, and ensuring the trade store is neat and tidy. Your key responsibilities include:
* Recommending products or services to match customer needs
* Maintaining presentation standards, including merchandising and restocking
* Informing customers of new product ranges and applicable services
* Understanding customer sales history, proactively identifying requirements
* Ensuring timely actioning of customer requests within allocated timeframes
* Taking ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
* Performing warehouse duties and lifting as required
As a valuable member of our team, you will have access to an amazing training program so if you're concerned you don't have all the skills yet - we will train you.
Key Requirements
* Customer service experience in a trade store/retail environment (desirable)
* Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
* Confidence and experience with computers and Microsoft suites
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated, problem solver and time management skills
* Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch
* Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
