Centre Leadership Role
This role is responsible for the overall management of a centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in line with company policies and procedures. The Centre Manager will be accountable for meeting compliance and financial targets while fostering strong connections with the local community.
Key responsibilities include:
* Oversee centre operations to achieve strategic objectives.
* Build relationships with local communities and stakeholders to drive growth and development.
* Develop and mentor centre staff to meet quality standards and achieve excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification. Strong experience in a Centre Manager role, along with a current Working with Children's Check, is essential.
