This is a full-time position.
Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team while impacting day-to-day operations.
This permanent full-time role offers opportunities for growth, stability and security as part of the AMA Group.Role responsibilitiesProduction Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and that vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure the site operates profitably.
