Role Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Test Analyst with strong experience across 1 or more of HRSD, SPM and PSDS to support our Federal Government ServiceNow transformation projects.
The role requires a mix of manual and automation testing with hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow workflows, configurations, and integrations. Recent experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and HRSD will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end testing across ServiceNow modules (SIT, UAT, regression)Design and execute manual test cases and scenariosDevelop and maintain automation scripts (ServiceNow ATF, Selenium or similar)Validate ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, forms, and integrationsConduct API and integration testing (REST/SOAP)Manage defects and test reporting using JIRA, ServiceNow Agile Development or Azure DevOpsCollaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders in an Agile environment
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in software testing, with strong ServiceNow exposure (HRSD preferred)Proven experience in ServiceNow testing, with a focus on HRSDStrong manual testing background across multiple test phasesExperience in test automation (preferably ServiceNow ATF or similar)Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrationsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and test management tools
Mandatory Requirements
Baseline security clearance (required)Experience working in Federal Government or large enterprise environments
Nice to Have
Experience with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM)Knowledge of HR systems (Workday, SAP HR)ISTQB certification
