About the Role (your why) As part of our Technical Delivery team, you’ll join a group of skilled professionals responsible for delivering high‑quality technical managed services, governance frameworks, and network enhancement projects to our customers. The Senior Technical Delivery Manager role will see you leading service delivery across critical infrastructure, ensuring adherence to governance best practices, managing network performance, building strong customer relationships, and driving operational excellence. You will serve as the primary technical delivery contact for our network and governance offerings, managing outcomes, mitigating risks, and ensuring each solution delivers measurable value and compliance. What you’ll do At the moment, as Senior Technical Delivery Manager you will be focused on: Serving as the primary point of contact for all governance and network-related delivery commitments. Managing service delivery across network infrastructure, connectivity solutions, and governance requirements. Building trust and strong relationships with customers, understanding their network strategies, governance obligations, and operational challenges. Implementing governance frameworks to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements. Driving productivity and network efficiency by leveraging automation, monitoring, analytics, and proactive performance management. Overseeing delivery assurance through quality processes, SLA adherence, and hands‑on leadership. Collaborating with capability and offering teams to bring innovation, resilience, and enhanced network security. Leading, engaging, and developing your team to build high performance and technical expertise, with a focus on governance and networks. What you’ll bring Required experience: Proven experience in overseeing technical managed service delivery for governance and network infrastructure. Extensive knowledge of enterprise network architecture, configuration, optimisation, and governance processes. Strong leadership skills and experience managing technical and operational network teams in accordance with SLAs. Deep understanding of compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks relevant to networking and IT governance. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in complex, high‑availability environments. Customer‑centric attitude, urgency, and a flexible, positive “can‑do” approach. ITIL certification Nice to have: Background in Microsoft technologies and hybrid network environments. Experience leveraging automation, analytics, and AI‑driven tools to optimise network performance and governance reporting. Why join us here at Datacom?
