* Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering Business Results: Assist in achieving the centre's business plan objectives and budgets through effective financial management, risk mitigation, and income maximisation strategies.
* Tenant Management: Manage relationships with clients, tenants, and community groups to ensure harmonious Centre operations.
* Maintenance of Centre Standards: Oversee centre operations, including OH&S compliance, security, and cleanliness.
* Marketing Strategies: Contribute to marketing strategies in conjunction with Marketing Managers to drive foot traffic and sales growth.
* Administrative Support: Assist in preparing and implementing Income and Expenditure Budgets, and manage tenancy delivery processes.
Requirements:
* Proven Retail Management Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
* Financial Capabilities: Strong financial capabilities, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve desired outcomes.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
* Certifications: Agents Rep / Real Estate License required.
